Instruction of installation and maintenance of valve lifter

The customer please conform to the following steps while installing and using the valve lifter:

    1:Check whether the engine oil is clean enough.
    2: Press the plunger of the valve lifter with finger, don’t choose it for installing if the plunger is loose. 3: Try not to rotate the camshaft while installing, if really unable to avoid, try best to reduce to the minimum degree. 4: If unable to avoid the rotation of camshaft, try to keep the rotation continuously, but not discontinuously for avoiding impact. 5: If really can’t avoid the discontinuous rotation, be sure to keep the camshaft stop in different position each time. 6: To fill the oil into the engine before starting could reduce the air to enter the valve

Exhaust Procedure

   It’s normal phenomenon that noise takes place after continuous start-up /cold start-up /first time start-up after installation, the following exhaust steps can make them return to normal rapidly:

    1: If noise arises when starting the engine, please keep the speed at 2000-3000 rpm for 4 minutes.
    2: Afterwards shift to idle for another 30 seconds.
    3: In most cases the noise should be eliminated after this procedure. If not then please repeat step 1 and 2.
    4: The valve lifter should be replaced if this steps are repeated more than 6 times.
